<Duties of the National Checkpoint>
Article 13 (2) of the Act on Access to and Utilization of Genetic Resources and Benefit-Sharing prescribes the duties of the head of the National Checkpoint as follows:- Processing procedural compliance reporting in accordance with Article 15 of the Act;
- Monitoring and recommending procedural compliance Article 16 of the Act;
- Supporting persons who utilize foreign genetic resource(s) domestically.
